This all levels class focuses on opening and strengthening postures for relief of chronic modern day concerns such as neck, shoulders, low back and hip discomfort. These postures include foundational poses and restorative/yin like postures, combined with gentle myofascial release techniques. The class will end with a yoga nidra practice (guided meditation while lying down) to reawaken the parasympathetic nervous system. Students will leave with tools for soothing the body, mind, and spirit.
