Overview: Cacao, Yoga Dance, and Crystal Singing Bowls for Working with Confidence and Expression

Description: This guided ceremony is for anyone who struggles with being themselves, feeling seen, or speaking their truth. Wounds to expression are related to the throat chakra, and in this ceremony, you will be guided to let go of any blocks in this area and tap into your inner wellspring of joy.

This ceremony will move you from feeling small, limited, and fearful of what you have to share and say into feeling confident, joyful, and connected with your true authentic self.

Our ceremony is guided by Amanda Walley, LMT, Yoga Teacher, and Sound Healer. It begins with drinking heart-opening cacao alongside a guided meditation to release expression wounds. There will be time for journaling with guided prompts to help you identify blockages to expression. Next, Amanda will guide you through a yoga dance, offering the opportunity to follow along with her movements or create your own. Following the dance, you will lay down and listen to crystal sound bowls to relax and restore your body.

• Cacao is a ceremonial “chocolate drink” made from pure, unprocessed cacao beans. It is used to aid relaxation and help you connect with your body and heart.

• Yoga Dance is a form of movement designed to release tension on a somatic level, helping you let go of old emotions or physical tension patterns.

• Crystal Singing Bowls are a therapeutic practice that aid in relaxation and support physical and emotional release.

This workshop is open to all levels of practitioners, with no prerequisites required.

This workshop is nonrefundable, but it is transferrable to another person.
