This workshop will begin with a brief discussion on the chakras. Then, you will be guided through restorative yoga postures paired with sound healing, each aligned with a specific chakra. The experience will conclude with Yoga Nidra combined with sound healing to deepen relaxation and balance your energy centers.

Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation meditation practice that brings us to a restful space between sleep and wake.

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound vibrations to promote well-being. The vibrations created by sound healing facilitate the body's natural ability to restore balance and harmony.

Join us for a workshop that combines all three of these elements.

This workshop is open to all levels of practitioners, with no prerequisites required.

This workshop is nonrefundable, but it is transferrable to another person.
