The experience will include a deep dive into the anatomy of the pelvis, gaining a clear understanding of its muscles, bones, and joints, and how it supports your daily movement and vitality. You will also touch on the rich history of how different traditions have honored the pelvis as a sacred seat of power and life force. 

Beyond anatomy, you will uncover the energetic and emotional connection between the pelvis and the throat chakra, examining how voice, expression, and pelvic health are deeply intertwined. Through mindful movement practices, breathwork, and guided discussion, you will awaken your sacred structure, discovering new pathways for healing, empowerment, and ease.
