This class focuses on a mix of building long-lasting strength, breath per movement vinyasa, and an exponential amount of room for growth! Each class consists of a long-hold sequence with basic poses to strengthen the mind and body, then moves through a quicker flow, syncing breath per movement.
Throughout each class, there will be variations for more advanced postures, always giving options to deepen your practice. The goal of this flow is to move through the same sequence multiple times, gradually building and adding on towards the end. This enables your mind to focus on the breath and moment, rather than trying to find where you are going next. Taking each movement one breath at a time is the intention, whether that means holding steady in a pose or flowing through a sequence.
This is a heated, intermediate-level class, but everyone is welcome! Variations are always available so every yogi can practice at their own level. Practicing in a heated room is a great way to flow while also breaking a sweat!
